Kakao Games manages and protects customer data by locking accounts when the below instances occur:
- The account is locked by the administrator due to a special issue
- Wrong password input for more than 10 times (automatic lock)
- 2-step verification code (OTP) is wrong for more than 5 times (automatic lock)
- Detection of abnormal status due to hacking or automatic login (bot) attempt (automatic lock)
